Questions
Does the other person need an app? +
No. iPhone XS and newer and most Android phones read the card straight away. Older phones can scan the QR code printed on the back.
Where on the phone do I tap? +
On iPhone, near the top edge. On Android, the middle of the back. The screen must be on and unlocked.
Can I change my details after the card is printed? +
Yes. The card holds a link to your profile, not your details, so changes show up immediately.
What if I lose my card? +
Switch it off in your dashboard so it stops working, then order a replacement. It opens the same profile.
How do I pay? +
GCash, Maya, credit or debit card, or online banking, through PayMongo. We never see your card number.
How long is delivery? +
We print your order after payment and send you a tracking number when it ships.
Is my data safe? +
We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You choose what your profile shows, and you can download or delete your data at any time.
